Victoria was born and raised in the city of Atlanta, Georgia where she spent the entirety of her childhood. After graduating from high school as the Valedictorian of her class, she attended Columbus State University where she received her B.A. in Political Science. During her undergraduate studies, she was heavily involved in multiple organizations while working as a legal assistant for Dorothy Williams, Esquire in Columbus, Georgia. In 2016, she became a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated. Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated is a private, non-profit organization whose purpose is to provide assistance and support through established programs in local communities throughout the world.

In the Fall of 2016, Victoria relocated to Charleston, South Carolina where she decided to attend law school. While at the Charleston School of Law, she served as a Fellow in the Legal Research and Writing Department, Associate Justice of Internal Competition for the Moot Court Board, a Lexis Nexis Student Representative, a member of the Trial Advocacy Board, Black Law Students Association, and Women in Law. After her first year of law school she spent her summer completing pro bono work for One80 Place in Downtown Charleston. For the remainder of her law school journey, she remained on the Dean’s List and worked as a law clerk in the personal injury and criminal defense division at Cobb Dill & Hammett, LLC. In May 2019, she graduated Cum Laude from the Charleston School of Law.

She joined Cobb Dill & Hammett LLC as an Associate Attorney after being admitted to the South Carolina Bar in November 2019.
