Bryan Raymond has been an attorney with Cobb Dill & Hammett’s Corporate Practice Group since November 2014. The majority of Bryan’s practice focuses in area of property litigation, including quiet title actions, contractor disputes, landlord/tenant disputes, and homeowner’s association issues. Additionally, Bryan advises businesses and non-profits in their operations and provides guidance to clients who are working through the probate courts with estate or guardianship actions. Named a partner in December 2019, Bryan prides himself on being respectful and candid with all clients to guide them towards a resolution of their issues.
Bryan has been licensed to practice in South Carolina since 2013. He attended law school at Lewis and Clark Northwestern School of Law in Portland, Oregon and Southern Illinois University in Carbondale, Illinois for his undergraduate studies. When he’s not working, Bryan enjoys spending time with his wife, Kristin, their two children and dog on John’s Island. He is a board member for the non-profit Going Places and attends James Island Presbyterian Church. Bryan is also an avid fan of Notre Dame football, Wilco, and Chicago Cubs baseball.
